Broken Leg Glen and Basement Ruth is a collection of collaborative works on paper from Jason McLean (1971, London, Ontario) and Mark DeLong (1978, New Brunswick). This zine explores the busy schedules in modern parenting, self help and picture poetry. The dynamic duo have been working together for some years and have made works in audio, sculpture, drawings and paintings. Their work has been seen recently in the traveling show Pulp Fiction and publications such as Pyramid Power and Hunter and Cook Magazine. Mark and Jason also have a long history of philanthropy, contributing pieces to fundraising activities for The Henry Museum in Seattle, Space 1026 in Philadelphia, Art Metropole in Toronto, or Border Crossings magazine based out of Winnipeg and many more.

Mark DeLong is a self-taught artist working in sculpture, video, and drawing. His most recent solo exhibition was at Hunter and Cook Gallery in Toronto; his work has also been displayed at His work has been displayed at MOCCA Toronto; Bee Studios, Tokyo; Spencer-Brownstone Gallery, NY; Abel Neue Kunst Gallery, Berlin and Perugi Art Contemporenea, Padova.

Jason McLean was recently chosen by MacLeans Magazine as one of the top ten visual artists to watch for in Canada. His work has been displayed at Colette, Paris; Richard Heller Gallery, Los Angeles; Mother's Tank Station, Dublin; Bee Studios, Tokyo and Museum of Contemporary Canadian Art.
