Swiss Cheese was drawn on a full moon in June. Ink from each page bleeds through to the next. Like a dirty American dream the composition fades in and out, a brain fuck of cartoon characters, sex, politics, religion and anthropomorphic weirdness. It is a singular stream of conscience work of art from the visionary mind of Noah Lyon where ghosts of the past shape the future.

Noah Lyon is a multidisciplinary artist who lives and works in New York. He graduated from The Cooper Union in 2001 and has since exhibited internationally. His influential Retard Riot zines and buttons have topped Printed Matter’s bestseller list for many years. Lyon’s work is in the collection of The Museum of Modern Art, The Whitney Museum of American Art, The Tate Britain, The Menil Collection, and The Brooklyn Museum.
